Total Security
Our shelters will withstand anything, from the worst tornadoes to gunshots. Its 10-gauge A36 steel plates will stop anything short of armor-piercing rounds. The ventilation covers are designed to keep you safe from tornadoes and invaders alike. The structural part of the shelter is made from solid 2.00” x 2.00" x 0.25" angle iron. Shelters are bolted to a concrete slab with 3/8" anchor bolts on 10" centers to ensure the shelter is securely attached.
Easy Entry
It is easy and quick to get into our shelter and lock the door. The locking bolts extend an inch and a half into the door frame with just a quarter turn of the locking handle. A unique, machined, rack and gear mechanism secures the door into the frame similar to the locking bolts on the door of a safe. The 36" steel door is ADA compliant, a feature that most of our competitors lack.
Easy Exit
The double acting door handle can be secured from the inside so once you are inside and the door is locked, nobody else can gain entry. Once the danger has passed, it is easy to get out again, even if the door has become blocked. A wrench is included as part of our kit. Just unbolt the panels and push them outward to exit on any side of the shelter.
Survival Kit
Each shelter contains everything you need to get through any disaster. Inside the shelter, you will find a small duffle bag containing a first aid kit, battery powered lantern, an air horn and whistle in the event that you must draw attention as to your location, a set of wrenches for emergency exit and hearing protection for the number of people in your shelter.

Versatile & Expandable
Take your shelter with you when you move. Our ingenious design uses panels that are bolted together, allowing your shelter to expand to any size. The panels can be unbolted for easy transport. A shelter is also the perfect addition for any new construction.
